2022 Fender Custom Shop LTD 1951 Telecaster NOS Butterscotch Blonde

An exceptional Telecaster from the Fender Custom Shop!

Shortly after the scrapping of the original Broadcaster name, Fender's first solid body electric after a short period of having no name in '51 emerged as the now infamous 'Telecaster!' Unfortunately for us mere mortals, the fantasy of owning an original '51 example is mere wishful thinking. Thankfully for Fender, their Custom Shop puts out incredibly recreations with this example highlighting the high degree of build quality and adherence to vintage specs the Custom Shop is known for. 

Finished in a NOS (new old stock) butterscotch blonde, this example features an ash body in combination with a quarter-sawn flame maple neck. Featuring a present 'V' profile with some serious thickness, this example switches things up with a compound 7.25 - 9.5" fretboard radius. Feels excellent in hand, and boasts incredible playability. This example has had its original control plate and wiring harness switched out along with the bridge pickup being replaced with a Hot Rails in the bridge. All original parts are present in the case and can easily be swapped back in. 

Cosmetic condition is good with only minor play wear present throughout. Hardware is fully functional and plays with a low action. Includes the original hardcase with all case candy included.
