At Replay Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new instrument doesn't hit the right note, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 30-day window.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully repackage your guitar in its original shipping carton with all original packaging materials, manuals, and accessories included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
