2022 Fender Limited Edition Player Stratocaster HSS Fiesta Red

Fender Mexicos 'Player' line of instruments have been immensely popular with those looking to get into a Fender without dropping serious dollars on a US-made model. This particular example, dating to 2022, is an FSR model Player Stratocaster with a HSS configuration. Unique to this example is a matching fiesta red headstock, which looks nothing short of exceptional. Featuring an alder body in tandem with a maple neck, the Player Stratocaster HSS eschews the traditional SSS layout in favour of a more versatile HSS configuration. Under the guard are two Player Series Alnico 5 single coils as well as a Player Series Alnico 2 humbucker in the bridge position. Combined with a more modern 9.5" fretboard radius as well as a modern 'C' shape profile, the Player Series Stratocaster HSS is a delight to play and hear. 

Cosmetic condition is near mint, with this example showcasing next to no play wear and retaining its plastic coverings as well as its original hangtag and booklet. Included with sale is the original Fender shipping carton this example shipped in. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a low-medium action. No case or gig bag included, bar the original shipping carton.
