c1960s Kawai Electric Guitar Black

Here we have an interesting piece from Japan's prolific period of instrument manufacturing. Based off the headstock shape we believe this to be a Kawai, which were similar to Teisco's but made later in the 60's, and well into the 70's. Appears to feature an old Musicmaster bridge.

Super lightweight, with a nice simple control/pickup layout. 

A really fun little guitar to play with lots of retro character!

Hardware functional, plays with a low action.
